Membership is open to owners and renters of property on Golden Gate Point as set forth in the By-Laws.

The membership year begins January 1.   Members who join after July 1 will have their memberships credited to the following year.

The Boards of the following buildings support the GGPA by enrolling all units, so individuals do not owe membership dues from individuals in the following buildings:
